Custom solutions

Software that does not exist yet for your problem.

We do not build off-the-shelf products. We look at how your company actually works — and then build exactly what is missing.

How we work

Five phases — and in every one you know where you stand

01

Idea & first call

You describe what you have in mind — or what is bothering you. We ask questions, often uncomfortable ones. After 30 to 60 minutes both sides know whether it is worth talking further. Free of charge and without obligation.

02

Process analysis on site

We come to you. And we do not only talk to management, but to the people who carry out the process every day — because that is where the friction sits that never makes it into a presentation. The result: a documented picture of the current state and a ranking of what offers the biggest leverage.

03

Concept & binding quote

You get a solution concept you can understand without an IT background: what will be built, what it should achieve, how we will measure success, what it costs and how long it takes. Not a timesheet model that ends up costing twice as much.

04

Development

Our development partner blackforestbytes works in short cycles. You see working intermediate versions early instead of slides — and can adjust course while it is still cheap: at the beginning.

05

Rollout & support

The part most people underestimate. We train your staff, stay with you through the first weeks of live operation, and after three and twelve months we look together at the metrics we defined in phase 03.

Industries

Typical projects in your industry

Open the area that applies to you.

Manufacturing companies

In many plants, machine and sensor data sits around unused while planning happens in spreadsheets alongside it.

Typical projects: automated quality inspection through image recognition · predicting maintenance needs · digital order tracking from purchase to delivery · replacing isolated spreadsheet solutions in work scheduling and dispatch · connecting existing ERP systems.

Clinics & care facilities

Skilled staff spend a considerable share of their working time on documentation rather than with patients.

Typical projects: AI-assisted speech capture for findings and care reports · intelligent shift planning · structured handovers at shift change · secure internal alerting (see bewarnd) · analysis of occupancy and utilisation data.

Public sector

Public authorities are caught between rising demands and tight staffing — while facing high requirements for data protection and traceability.

Typical projects: automated pre-checking of applications · a searchable knowledge base for case work · digital file processes · crisis and citizen communication · low-barrier online forms · ticket sales for municipal events (see bfTicketing).

Service companies

The knowledge sits in people’s heads and inboxes — and is lost as soon as somebody leaves the company.

Typical projects: automated creation of quotes and documents · AI assistance for recurring customer enquiries · a searchable internal knowledge base · analysis of project and time data for more reliable costing.

Hospitality, clubs & promoters

Here the direct line to the guest decides how the night goes — and today that line runs through their phone.

Typical projects: your own guest app with community and loyalty programme (see clubscale) · ticket sales and admission control (see bfTicketing) · reservation and guest list management · analysis of visitor and revenue data.

Frequently asked

What clients ask us before we start

What does a project cost?

That depends on the scope — and honestly, it cannot be answered seriously before the analysis. What we can promise: after phase 03 you have a binding price, and it stays that way.

In any case, the other number matters more than the price: across our projects so far, the payback period is typically between 12 and 24 months. So the investment has usually paid for itself within one to two years — whatever is saved after that in time, errors and manual work stays in the business. That is exactly why our concept works through not just the costs, but also the expected return.

How long does implementation take?

Smaller solutions are in use within six to twelve weeks. Larger undertakings run over several months — but then in stages, so that something usable exists early on.

Where is our data held?

In data centres in Germany. On request, on your own premises as well.

Are we too small or too large for you?

Probably not. Our clients today range from one-person businesses to a corporation with around 12,000 employees. Because we think in terms of the process rather than the product, the approach scales in both directions — only the size of the solution differs.

What if we do not yet know what we want?

That is exactly what the first call is for. Many of our projects start with the sentence “something here isn’t running smoothly”.

Do we have to replace our existing systems?

No. In most cases we extend your ERP, inventory or clinical systems through interfaces rather than replacing them.

Who actually develops the software?

Our development partner blackforestbytes in Offenburg — the same team that built bewarnd, blackforestbaits, bfTicketing, clubscale and bfWarden. Even so, you have only one point of contact: us.

Two companies,
one point of contact.

NormatriX is your contact: we take down the requirement, analyse your processes, define the success criteria with you and see the rollout through on site.

blackforestbytes in Offenburg develops the software — the same team behind bewarnd, blackforestbaits, bfTicketing, clubscale and bfWarden.

For you that means: one point of contact, one project plan, one result.

You have an idea. We have 30 minutes.

Free and without obligation. By the end you will know whether and how your plan can be built.
